add a 'pause' feature
It would be great to have a way to temporarily pause/disable the scheduler without having to destroy the whole schedule. This would be really helpful when testing out different dyno configurations and not having the scheduler constantly reset the values to whatever is on the schedule.

WEB_CONCURRENCY setting
For each dyno size the memory usage changes. Some apps can't rely on the defaults. Set this config var to custom values when scaling up/down to different dyno types. E.g. using 1:2X at night and 1:PX at day, you might need very different WEB_CONCURRENCY settings, e.g. 3 and 14 (not default 4 and 16 provided by Heroku)

Add a price plan below megacorp
We have too many dynos (using 1M and 2M depending on time of day) to be on enterprise, but the savings from using this addon do not cover the cost of the "Megacorp" price. It almost seems cheaper and simpler for us to run over-provisioned all of the time than to get this addon. It's a shame, because it works a lot better than all of the autoscaling addons out there. It'd be good to see a price plan with average e.g. 20 or 25 dyno hours.

Pricing
$18 seems a bit much to go from 1 process to 2. If it was something like $5-$10 I'd be happy to move up to a paid plan.

Process count overrides
We often have to 1) increase the worker process count if one of our queues gets backed up or 2) set the process count to zero for migrations. To accommodate this the scheduler should reset the process count only when the scheduled process count changes. So if we have 4 processes scheduled between 7am and 7pm and 2 processes scheduled between 7pm and 7am, at 7pm it should reset to 2 processes and at 7am it should reset to 4 workers. Any manual changes in process count should not be reset other than at those times. This is obviously ideal…

One time event scheduling
To be able to scale a process type on a particular date for a specified period. For example setup a specific amount of dynos from 19 March 6AM to 23 March 7PM.
